The Vallejo Place might be in a slightly secluded area but that does not mean residents will be cut off from modern government facilities and amenities. It is actually quite easy to come and visit the community. You just need to take the Daang Hari highway (regardless if you will be coming from the north or the south). You can then easily find signs pointing you towards Vallejo Place. This means your friends and relatives will not have a hard time searching for your home in case they want to pay you a visit.

In addition, you will find plenty of public transportation options that you can choose from to get to where you want to go. There are buses that can take you into the neighboring provinces or into Metro Manila. In addition, there are jeeps and tricycles plying the local routes in case you need to run errands. All of these PUVs operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so you don’t have to worry even if you don’t own your own car.

If you are planning to live in Vallejo Place, one of the things that you will most likely think of first is its proximity to essential services, like hospitals and medical clinics. Thankfully, there are quite a few reputable hospitals that are a few minutes away from the main gate of the compound. If you are looking for a government-funded hospital where the services are not just high-quality, but affordable as well, you can pay a visit to the Bacoor District Hospital.

On the other hand, if you are looking for a private hospital, you can choose from several different options, like St. Dominic Medical Center, Metro South Medical Center, the Molino Doctors’ Hospital, and more. If you are just looking for a small clinic where you can go for consultations and the like, you will find dozens of them (all with different specializations) dotting the downtown area of Imus.

The next item on your list of priorities most likely include schools and other educational institutions. If you are looking to enroll your kids in an exclusive private school, you can send them over to the Statesfield School where your children can stay from elementary until Senior High School. On the other hand, if your children are already college-aged, you can choose from quite a few options, like the St. Francis of Assisi College, the St. Dominic College of Asia, Cavite State University, and the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta. Just because you will be living in what is technically a provincial area, it does not mean that you have to skimp on your children’s education.

Another area of concern that most house shoppers have when picking their new homes is the location of the nearest commercial center or shopping mall. You can actually find a couple of shopping malls that are relatively close to Vallejo Place, including SM Molino, V Central Mall, and Starmall Prima, that are all less than half an hour away from the community.
