Vallejo Place seems like your typical village/subdivision but it provides residents with all the facilities that will keep them happy and content. One of the main facilities in Vallejo Place is the multi-purpose hall. On a lazy afternoon, you and your family can walk over there and just laze about the multi-purpose hall and just admire the gardens. You can also find a couple of concrete benches along the grounds where you can just sit and relax.

In addition, if you need a venue for a rather large party, you can rent out the entire multi-purpose hall and hold your event right there. Within the same grounds as the multi-purpose hall is the kids’ playground and the community swimming pool, but more on those things later.

You will also spot a couple of recreational facilities in Vallejo Place. There’s the omnipresent covered basketball court so you can now work up a sweat sans having to broil under the hot Philippine sun. For younger kids, there is the community playground where your children can play with the other youngsters in the community. The playground consists of a lot of equipment so your kids can exercise and have fun.

One facility that you will not find in other communities that you can find in Vallejo Place is a community swimming pool. Although the pool is not that huge (it is not an Olympic-sized pool), it is still large enough that you can do laps and exercise. The pool is also large enough that it can fit quite a lot of people, allowing you and your family to play in the pool whenever you cannot stand the heat.

The Vallejo Place is composed of several phases – all of which are connected via a network of paved roadways. The streets are all wide enough that even large vehicles can travel on them side-by-side without any problem. This also means that emergency response vehicles like fire trucks, ambulances, and the like can reach any house in the compound without any problem. Since most of the houses in the compound come with a car port, there won’t be that many vehicles parked on the street. This means that you can also lace on your favorite running shoes and just jog around the 7.2-hectare property without any risk of injury.

Security is also one of the most important things that homeowners take into consideration before they buy a house. Fortunately, that won’t be a problem if you live in Vallejo Place. The entire compound is completely enclosed by high concrete walls, preventing outsiders from gaining access to the residents’ homes. The only way to get in and out of the compound is through the main gate, which is manned at all times by a security guard. You can also find a couple of CCTV cameras watching everyone who goes in and out. In addition, the security guards regularly roam the entirety of Vallejo Place to keep an eye out for any unauthorized outsiders, vandals, and other people who are disturbing the peace.
